Here in Chelmsford you can just see just how tradespeople misused them. Now there is a ban on using them on the high street.
It is always the same. just one or two along the walkway and no one cares. But littering the sidewalks with them and they become a nuisance. Then officials have to clamp down on them.
Actually who reads them anyway? Mostly we ignore them and treat them as an an inconvenience. Something needed to be done. Hopefully if allowed again, traders will be more considerate.
